I'm finding that meditating really does helps keep me Balanced with Enlightenment.

Wed, July 11, 2007 - 10:56 PMI meditate when I feel I need to, you know, actually sitting and consciously meditating. But I always take a small part of my day just to relax and be calm. It's especially nice in the tub.

I do have a comment about Fire the Grid. It was pointed out to me by Little Lightening Bolt. In "The Problem" it says it is getting chaotic. Chaos has always been! :>)

Thu, July 12, 2007 - 1:22 AMWhat I like about the whole thing is the concept that what had been done for her little boy can be done for the earth. It's a concrete example that can really show what the power of love and joy can do. :)
